Please join the National Park Service and Mississippi Park Connection to celebrate National Public Lands Day - a day of stewardship for parks and natural spaces! Our groups have been working for a few years at Riverfront Regional Park in Fridley. This year, we are looking forward to reforesting the spaces that have lost trees due to the emerald ash borer. We will be planting 150+ trees - a diverse mix of species that will be resilient amidst our changing climate. Hope you can come! This event is great for families and participants of all ages, with appropriate supervision.
